PCU customers can use myPointComfort to access I.D. cards, insurance documents, summary of coverage, claim instructions, visa letters, lists of current & previous travelers, and new trip applications. Also, myPointComfort allows access to the PCU blog, and other destination-specific information.
myPointComfort is a fantastic tool for group administrators. Just send PCU a traveler census in spreadsheet format. We will upload all pertinent information to myPointComfort so the information is available for the group’s travel administrator. When it’s time for another trip, simply click on a traveler’s record to add them to a new trip application.
