Travel Insurance Management Portal

Travelers can use myPointComfort to access I.D. cards, insurance documents, summary of coverage, claim instructions, visa letters, lists of current & previous travelers, and new trip applications.

Large groups are encouraged to send PCU a traveler census in spreadsheet format. PCU will upload all pertinent information to myPointComfort where it will be available for the group’s travel administrator to simply click on a traveler’s record to add them to a new trip application.

PCU takes every travelers care, comfort and safe return home very seriously. That is why we are available 24 hours a day to respond to your travel and medical assistance needs no matter where you are in the world. However, if your needs can be self-served, myPointComfort is a valuable resource.
